Hi Manas, That would depend on what trouble you are pointing to. You can always add UPN suffix that of your old domain in the new domain that you are pointing to. If you are thinking of Exchange system and email address, you always create recipient policy to use alternate domain name(same as old one), ofcource would would have to put some trick on DNS.
