Not a Dell shop here, but on HP there is some software that monitors server health and will reboot it if it thinks something bad is happening. Perhaps there is something similar in Dell.

Hi,

It is a Dell PowerEdge R410 and this's sure that the power wasn't remove as we've centralize UPS, for power I checked and verified with power department. No power issue was at that time.

If there's no crashdump file you could look into other things as Brian says.

I once had a case were a bug in HP SIM / HP ILO board caused servers to "reboot" like this. If the power is removed from a server as Brian suggest there will be no crash dump.

If it's a physical server, go check the ILO/HW vendor logs. IF it's a virtual check your VMware/HyperV/... logs.

Doesn't mean the box bugchecked - could very well of just lost power or something...

Hello,

In order to know the root cause of the problem please generate the crash dump file and start analyzing.
